What does the guarantee mean?

The warranty provides you with additional protection for the products you purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship as well as functional defects that may occur within a certain period of time after purchase. If any of the products are found to be defective during the warranty period, we undertake to repair or replace them free of charge.


Important information about the guarantee

It is important to note that the warranty has certain conditions and exclusions. This warranty only covers defects that occur during normal, intended use. Damage caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions is not covered by the warranty.

Statutory warranty rights

Regardless of the guarantee offered, your statutory warranty rights remain completely unaffected. This means that in the event of a defect, you still have the right to demand repair, a reduction in the purchase price or withdrawal from the purchase contract, provided that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. These rights apply within the scope of the statutory warranty period.


In Austria and Switzerland, the corresponding country-specific regulations apply.


Exclusions from the guarantee
