How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free. There are no shipping costs, regardless of the order value.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days. For deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, the delivery time is 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Italy, Spain and France can take up to 8 days. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Can the order be tracked?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Alternatively, you can enter your order number and contact information on the tracking page to check the current status.

How can an order be cancelled or changed?
